Founder's Note
Wealth is deeply personal.
After years working at the intersection of law, tax, and wealth strategy, I saw how much gets lost when those worlds operate in silos — and how much is gained when they’re integrated.
That experience has been hard-won. We have successfully defended a UN employee against a Kshs. 38 million tax liability, had Kshs. 37 million tax waived for a software company, and secured Kshs. 159 million in savings for a coffee farm through tax litigation. These weren’t theoretical wins — they were the result of knowing exactly where tax law, legal strategy, and financial structure converge.
I started Ithera to bring that same integrated thinking to every client we serve.
